Cha Seung Baek
Having missed an entire season back in 2002 due to Tommy John surgery, Baek made it to the Big League late in 2004. A top pitcher/hitter back in high school, Baek's command and mechanics are his two biggest assets. After losing his spot on the 40-man roster during the winter in 2005, Baek pitched his way back into the Mariners' rotation in 2006. Pictured here is his 2000 Bowman rookie card showing him pitching in a Spring Training game.
